24KH ERW Pipe Mill with Finishing Line (630 mm O.D. & 20 mm Thickness) - China 2005

The 24KH Mill for Kingland is in production producing API pipe up to 630 mm (25") O.D. and 20 mm (0.787") wall thickness. Bronx International Inc., the parent company to Bronx/Taylor-Wilson and Abbey International Ltd., has supplied the complete line including a Bronx/Taylor-Wilson fully automatic hydrostatic pipe testing system. This production line employs Abbey International's Transition Beam Forming Section (TBS®), the patented system that provides an expanded capability of forming, creating high quality pipe over a wide range of sizes. We have also incorporated in this production line a 4-Blade Milling Cutoff, which cuts rounds, square, and rectangular tubing.
